31 Certain matters to be dealt with by Full Bench
Section 106 of the Industrial Relations Act has effect as if the reference in subsection (2) to determinations of, or principles determined by, a Full Bench included a reference to determinations of, or principles determined by, a Full Bench of the former Commission.
