28 Leave of absence
(1)
A person appointed as Inspector‑General has such recreation leave entitlements as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
(2)
The Attorney‑General may grant to a person appointed as Inspector‑General leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Attorney‑General determines.
