32AAB Contracted service providers
(1)
The Inspector‑General may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage a contracted service provider to assist in the performance of the Inspector‑General’s functions.
(2)
The engagement of a contracted service provider must be by written agreement.
(3)
The terms and conditions of engagement are those that the Inspector‑General determines in writing.
