25 Inspector of Transport Security
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, appoint a person to be the Inspector of Transport Security.
(2)
A person appointed as Inspector holds office for the period of not more than 5 years specified in the instrument of appointment.
(3)
The Inspector may be appointed on a part‑time basis.
