132 Regulations
The Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and, in particular, for:
prescribing matters in connexion with an application to APRA for an authority under Part III;
prescribing matters in connexion with access to documents lodged with APRA and the supplying of copies of such documents; and
providing for penalties, not exceeding a fine of 10 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 3 months, for offences against the regulations.
