62ZZV Exceptions to Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
For the purposes of subsection 51(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the following things are specified and specifically authorised:
(a)
anything done in the exercise of powers, or performance of functions, under this Part, or regulations made for the purposes of this Part;
(b)
anything done to enable or facilitate the exercise of those powers or performance of those functions;
(c)
anything incidental to the exercise of those powers or performance of those functions.
