92C Powers of judicial trustee
While an individual is judicial trustee:
(a)
the individual has and may exercise all the rights, title and powers, and must perform all the functions and duties, of the trustee; and
(b)
the fund’s trust deed, this Act, a legislative instrument under this Act and any other law, apply in relation to the individual as if the individual were the trustee.
