Extension to external Territories

In force

(1)

This Act extends to Norfolk Island, the Territory of Christmas Island and the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and to any other external Territory that is for the time being declared by Proclamation to be a Territory to which this Act extends.

(2)

A reference in this Act to the date of commencement of this Act is, in relation to an external Territory to which this Act extends, a reference to that date or to the date on which this Act commences so to extend, whichever is the later.
