Staff of the Committee must be cleared for security purposes

In force

Each member of the staff of the Committee must be cleared for security purposes at least at a level and frequency:

(a)

appropriate for access to information and systems at the classification that the staff member requires, in accordance with government policy in relation to protective security; and

(b)

acceptable to all of the agency heads.
