22 Protection of information and documents
(1)
The Committee must make arrangements acceptable to all of the agency heads for the security of any information held and any records made by the Committee.
(2)
The Committee must ensure that any document with a national security classification provided to the Committee is returned or destroyed as soon as possible after the members have examined it in accordance with an arrangement acceptable to the agency that produced the document.
