Part 5Membership of the Commission
40 Appointment of members
(1)
The members of the Commission are to be appointed by the Governor‑General.
(2)
A member may be appointed on a full‑time or a part‑time basis.
(3)
A member holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in respect of matters not provided for by this Act as the Minister determines.
