52 Publication of notices
Notices issued under subsection 12(1), section 16, subsection 17(2) or 18(3), section 20, subsection 22(1), section 27 or 27AA must be published:
(a)
in the way provided for in the regulations; or
(b)
if the regulations do not so provide—in the way the Commission thinks appropriate.
