22 Application of additional provisions
Application to arbitration under Model Law
This Division applies to any arbitration to which the Model Law applies.
Application of sections other than section 23H and 24
Each of the following sections applies (subject to subsection (3)) to arbitral proceedings commenced in reliance on an arbitration agreement unless the parties to the agreement agree (whether in the agreement or otherwise in writing) that it will not apply:
section 23;
section 23A;
section 23B;
section 23C;
section 23D;
section 23E;
section 23F;
section 23G;
section 23J;
section 23K;
section 25;
section 26;
section 27.
Sections 23C to 23G (disclosure of confidential information) do not apply to arbitral proceedings to which the Transparency Rules apply, whether those Rules apply because of the operation of the Convention on Transparency or otherwise.
Application of section 23H
Section 23H applies on the death of a party to an arbitration agreement unless the parties to the agreement agree (whether in the agreement or otherwise in writing) that it will not apply.
Application of section 24
Section 24 applies to arbitral proceedings commenced in reliance on an arbitration agreement if the parties to the agreement agree (whether in the agreement or otherwise in writing) that it will apply.
