Insert:
(ba)
a person who is providing, or has provided, confidential information to:
(i)
the Integrity Commissioner (within the meaning of the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006); or
(ii)
a staff member of ACLEI (within the meaning of that Act); or
(iii)
a special investigator for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 12 of that Act;
in relation to such a matter; or
