Insert:
(aa)
if the law enforcement officer is a law enforcement officer belonging to or seconded to the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity:
(i)
the Integrity Commissioner (within the meaning of the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006); or
(ii)
an Assistant Integrity Commissioner (within the meaning of that Act); or
(iii)
a staff member of ACLEI (within the meaning of that Act) who is an SES employee and who is authorised in writing by the Integrity Commissioner for the purposes of this paragraph; and
