One community radio broadcasting service is to be made available in the Kalumburu area described at Attachment 14.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 14.1 are set out in Schedule Fourteen and Attachment 14.2 to this plan.
