One community radio broadcasting service is to be made available in the Kununurra area described at Attachment 16.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 16.1 are set out in Schedule Sixteen and Attachments 16.2 – 16.5 to this plan.
