59 Cancelling maritime security plans on request
If:
(a)
a maritime security plan for a maritime industry participant is in force; and
(b)
the participant makes a written request to the Secretary for the approval of the plan to be cancelled;
the Secretary must, by written notice given to the participant, cancel the approval of the plan.
