29 Qualifications for registration under this Subdivision

Subject to this Subdivision, a person is entitled to registration under this Subdivision if:

(a)

the person is a minister of religion of a recognised denomination; and

(b)

the person is nominated for registration under this Subdivision by that denomination; and

(c)

the person is ordinarily resident in Australia; and

(d)

the person has attained the age of 21 years; and

(e)

the person is not already registered as a marriage celebrant under Subdivision C of this Division; and

(f)

the person is not authorised to solemnise marriages in a State or Territory under Subdivision B of this Division.
