30 Registrar to register applicant
(1)
Subject to this Subdivision, the Registrar for a State or Territory shall, on application in writing by a person ordinarily resident in that State or Territory who is entitled to registration under this Subdivision, register that person in the register kept by that Registrar.
(2)
The particulars set out in an application for registration under this Subdivision shall be verified by the applicant by statutory declaration.
