Section 181 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a)
by adding at the end of paragraph (1)(a):
“(iii) the way, including the currency, in which fees for visa applications are to be paid; or
(iv)
the persons who may be paid on behalf of the Commonwealth fees for visa applications;”;
(b)
by inserting in paragraph (1)(j) “or 77” after “76”;
(c)
by omitting paragraph (1)(f).
