22 Board procedures
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine matters relating to the operation of the Board including, but not limited to, the following:
procedures for convening Board meetings;
the constitution of a quorum for a Board meeting;
procedures for conducting Board meetings, including (but not limited to) the way the Board may resolve matters;
disclosure of interests;
Board records;
reporting requirements, including (but not limited to) reports to the Minister and to the public.
If no determination is in force for the purposes of a paragraph of subsection (1), the Board may operate in the way it determines in respect of the matters described in that paragraph.
