43 Corporate plan
(1)
The Minister may approve a corporate plan that is prepared by the General Manager and given to the Minister under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 if the plan has been endorsed by the Ministerial Council.
(2)
Subsection 35(3) of that Act (which deals with the Australian Government’s key priorities and objectives) does not apply to a corporate plan prepared by the General Manager.
