The General Manager must give to the Ministerial Council a copy of the annual report that is prepared by the General Manager and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The Chair must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and give to the Ministerial Council and the Minister a report of the Board’s operations during the year ending on that 30 June.
The Minister must cause a copy of the report mentioned in subsection (2) to be presented to each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the day the Minister is given the report.
