158NA Regulations may further define conflicted remuneration
The regulations may prescribe:
(a)
circumstances, in addition to those set out in section 158N, in which a benefit given to a licensee or a representative of a licensee is conflicted remuneration; and
(b)
circumstances in which a benefit given to a licensee or a representative of a licensee is not conflicted remuneration.
