In this Code:
(a)
an Act of the Commonwealth may be cited by its short title; and
(b)
an Act of a State or Territory may be cited:
(i)
by its short title; or
(ii)
in another way sufficient in an Act of the State or Territory for the citation of such an Act;
together with a reference to the State or Territory.
