211 Effect of express references to bodies corporate and individuals
In this Code, a reference to a person generally (whether the expression “person”, “party”, “someone”, “anyone”, “no‑one”, “one”, “another” or “whoever” or another expression is used):
(a)
does not exclude a reference to a body corporate or an individual merely because elsewhere in this Code there is particular reference to a body corporate (however expressed); and
(b)
does not exclude a reference to an individual or a body corporate merely because elsewhere in this Code there is particular reference to an individual (however expressed).
