202A Delegation by the Commissioner

(1)

Subject to subsection (2) and section 202B, the Commissioner may, in writing, delegate to a Commission officer any or all of his or her powers or functions under this Act, the regulations or the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules.

Note:

(2)

Despite subsection (1), the Commissioner may delegate the Commissioner’s powers and functions under Part 2 of Chapter 4 (privacy) only to a member of staff of the Commission (see section 181U).

(3)

A person exercising powers or functions under a delegation under this section must comply with any directions of the Commissioner.
