73M Application for variation of registration
A registered NDIS provider may apply for a variation to the provider’s registration.
The application must:
be in writing; and
be in a form (if any) approved in writing by the Commissioner; and
include any information, and be accompanied by any documents, required by the Commissioner.
The Commissioner is not required to make a decision on the application if this subsection is not complied with (see section 197B).
The Commissioner may, by written notice, require an applicant for a variation to give the Commissioner such further information or documents in relation to the application as the Commissioner reasonably requires.

A notice under subsection (3) may specify a period, which must not be less than 14 days, within which the information or documents must be given.
