73Q Record keeping by registered NDIS providers
A registered NDIS provider must keep records of the kind, for the period and in the form prescribed by the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules.
Note:
Compliance with this section is a condition of registration (see paragraph 73F(2)(d)), breach of which is a civil penalty provision (see section 73J).
