92 Other matters relating to cancellation or suspension of appointment
Cancellation of appointment
If:
the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules made for the purposes of subsection 46(2) apply in relation to a person who is a nominee; and
the appointment of the person as a nominee is cancelled under section 89, 90 or 91;
those rules continue to apply in relation to the person as if the appointment had not been cancelled.
Suspension of appointment
While a person’s appointment as a nominee is suspended, the appointment has no effect for the purposes of this Act.
If a person’s appointment as a nominee of a participant is suspended under section 90 or 91, the CEO may appoint another person under section 86 or 87 to be the nominee of the participant for a period specified in the instrument of appointment.
