22XNC Safeguard mechanism credit units issued must be identified with a financial year
Scope
(1)
This section applies if the Regulator decides to issue a safeguard mechanism credit unit to a person in relation to a facility.
Requirement
(2)
The Regulator must, in accordance with safeguard rules made for the purposes of this subsection, identify the unit with a financial year.
