7A Greenhouse gas
For the purposes of this Act, each of the following is a greenhouse gas:
carbon dioxide;
methane;
nitrous oxide;
sulfur hexafluoride;
a hydrofluorocarbon of a kind specified in the table in subsection (2);
a perfluorocarbon of a kind specified in the table in subsection (3);
a prescribed gas.
