28 Delegation
(1)
The Minister may delegate any of his or her functions or powers under this Part to any of the following:
(a)
an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department;
(b)
an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Australian Centre for Disease Control.
(2)
In performing a delegated function or exercising a delegated power, a delegate must comply with any written directions of the Minister.
