29 Annual report
(1)
The Director‑General of the CDC must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare a report on the use, by the Commonwealth, of protected information (within the meaning of section 18) during the previous 12 months.
(2)
The report must be included in the annual report prepared by the Director‑General of the CDC and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
