36 National Register of Security‑sensitive Biological Agents

(1)

There is to be a Register called the National Register of Security‑sensitive Biological Agents.

(2)

The National Register is to be maintained in an up‑to‑date form by the Director‑General of the CDC.

(3)

The National Register may be kept in a computerised form.

Note:

Information included on the National Register must not be disclosed except in accordance with Division 9.
