38J Offence—failure to report results of confirmatory testing to Director‑General of the CDC
(1)
An entity commits an offence if:
(a)
the entity is required by section 38H to give the Director‑General of the CDC a report; and
(b)
the entity does not give the Director‑General the report as required by that section.
Penalty: 500 penalty units.
(2)
Section 4K of the Crimes Act 1914 does not apply to an offence against subsection (1).
