127 Becoming the representative for an incorporated lone institution
(1)
The Minister may, by notifiable instrument, make a declaration that a person is the representative for a participating incorporated lone institution.
(2)
The Minister must not make a declaration under subsection (1) unless the Minister is satisfied that:
(a)
the institution has agreed to the person being the representative for the institution; and
(b)
the person has agreed to being the representative for the institution.
