130 Giving notices to the representative for a lone institution
(1)
Any notice that the Operator is required or authorised by this Act to give to a participating lone institution must be given by the Operator to the representative for the institution.
(2)
A notice given under subsection (1) must, in every respect, be in the same form, and in the same terms, as if it were being given to the institution.
