162 Determination of the Tribunal—right to negotiate applications
Tribunal to make determination
(1)
Subject to section 37, after holding an inquiry in relation to a right to negotiate application, the Tribunal must make a determination about the matters covered by the inquiry.
Tribunal must state findings of fact
(2)
The Tribunal must state in the determination any findings of fact upon which it is based.
