163AA Reports after inquiries into subsection 24DJ(1) objection applications
Tribunal to make report
(1)
After holding an inquiry in relation to a subsection 24DJ(1) objection application, the Tribunal must make a report about the matters covered by the inquiry.
Tribunal must state findings of fact
(2)
The Tribunal must state in the report any findings of fact upon which it is based.
