Conference may be held
(1)
The Federal Court may direct the holding of a conference of the parties or their representatives to help in resolving any matter that is relevant to the proceedings.
Assessor to preside
(2)
The conference must be presided over by the assessor who is assisting the Court in relation to the proceedings.
