92 Federal Court may prohibit disclosure of evidence
Power of Court
(1)
The Federal Court may direct that:
(a)
any evidence given before an assessor; or
(b)
the contents of any document produced to an assessor;
must not be disclosed, or must not be disclosed except in such manner, and to such persons, as the Court specifies.
Applications etc.
(2)
The Federal Court may make the direction on its own initiative or on an application by a party or by the assessor.
