Person must comply with improvement notice

In force

(1)

A person who is given an improvement notice must ensure that the notice is complied with to the extent that it relates to any matter over which the person has control.

Fault‑based offence

(2)

A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1).

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
