145 Restricted activities
(1)
For the purposes of paragraph 142(4)(b), the activities on which restrictions may be imposed in a protection zone are:
(a)
any activity that involves a serious risk to human safety; or
(b)
any activity that involves a serious risk of damaging offshore renewable energy infrastructure or offshore electricity transmission infrastructure; or
(c)
an activity specified in the regulations.
(2)
The regulations may prescribe activities on which restrictions may not be imposed in a protection zone for the purposes of paragraph 142(4)(b).
