146 When a determination takes effect
(1)
A determination of a protection zone takes effect at the time specified by the Regulator.
(2)
If a determination relates only to offshore renewable energy infrastructure or offshore electricity transmission infrastructure that is not yet installed, the Regulator must not specify a time before the time that the Regulator is satisfied that installation of the infrastructure will begin.
