In force

The Work Health and Safety Act applies as if the following Parts of that Act had not been enacted:

(a)

Part 8 (the regulator);

(b)

Part 9 (securing compliance);

(c)

Part 10 (enforcement measures);

(d)

Part 11 (enforceable undertakings).
