Replacement of industry codes

(1)

Changes to an industry code are to be achieved by replacing the code instead of varying the code.

(2)

If the replacement code differs only in minor respects from the original code, section 140 has effect, in relation to the registration of the code, as if paragraphs 140(1)(e) and (f) of this Division had not been enacted.

Note:

Paragraphs 140(1)(e) and (f) deal with submissions about draft codes.
