226 Copies of material
(1)
The Commissioner may make one or more copies of material for the purposes of:
(a)
an investigation under section 31, 34, 37 or 42; or
(b)
a consideration under section 35; or
(c)
a request under section 160.
(2)
The Commissioner does not infringe copyright if the Commissioner does anything authorised by subsection (1).
