19AA Application for renewal of licence
(1)
The holder of a licence may apply to the CEO for a renewal of the licence, subject to subsection (4).
(2)
The application must be made no later than 60 days before the licence ceases to be in force.
(3)
The application must:
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the regulations (if any), unless the fee has been waived in accordance with the regulations; and
(c)
be given to the CEO.
(4)
The holder of a suspended licence may not apply to the CEO for a renewal of any licence held by the person until the period of suspension ends or the suspension is revoked by the CEO.
